A few years ago, I transitioned from teaching to a corporate team lead role.
My background in early education provided me with extensive experience collaborating with subject matter experts. Beyond teaching my students, I also designed learning experiences for paraprofessionals in my classroom and parents of my students.
In 2022, I embarked on a career transition into instructional design. I started as a Customer Service Support Associate at an online retailer, and within a year, I was promoted to a Team Lead. In this role, I have developed online training programs and learning initiatives for my team, further solidifying my passion for instructional design.
I am excited to learn and grow in my career while I help others do the same!
